1️⃣ Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme

Eligibility:

  • Farmers engaged in cultivation (own land or sharecropping)
  • Livestock rearers and fishermen are also eligible

Loan Amount:

  • ₹10,000 to ₹3,00,000 (depending on crop)
  • Interest Rate: 4% (including subsidy for timely repayment)

Required Documents:

  • Aadhaar card
  • Land ownership papers / Khasra copy
  • Bank passbook
  • Passport size photo
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Crop insurance form

2️⃣ KCC for Animal Husbandry and Fisheries

Purpose: Loan for cow, buffalo, goat rearing or fish farming
Loan Amount: Up to ₹2,00,000
Interest rate & documents: Same as KCC scheme


3️⃣ Agricultural Mechanization Scheme

Purpose:
Assistance for purchase of tractor, thresher, reaper, harvester, drone, etc.

Assistance Amount:

  • Subsidy from 40% to 60%
  • Loan limit ₹1,00,000 to ₹10,00,000

Required Documents:

  • Machinery details
  • Agricultural land ownership proof
  • Quotation
  • ID proof and Aadhaar

4️⃣ Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana

Purpose:
Support for drip irrigation, sprinklers, irrigation wells, tube wells, farm pond construction

Assistance:

  • Subsidy + bank loan
  • Loan limit ₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000

5️⃣ NABARD Schemes

🌾 Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY)

Purpose:
To compensate farmers for crop losses due to natural calamities, pests, and diseases

Eligibility:

  • Land-owning farmers, tenants, sharecroppers
  • Mandatory for loanee farmers, voluntary for non-loanee farmers

Implementation Time:

  • Kharif: 1 June to 31 July
  • Rabi: 1 October to 31 December

Premium Rates:
